Andreas Pöschek

Andreas Pöschek works as reportage photographer. He turns attention to small details of daily life and tries to let the viewer take a new point of observation of ordinary things by looking at the photographs.

Beginning of work

His photographic career started in 1996 as he get supported by the viennese photographer Peter Kubelka. Andreas Pöschek developed his own style of view and project this into his pictures.

Exhibitions and publications

In 1999 Andreas Pöschek begin to show his photographic works in his own exhibitions by wide response of the audience. Publications of his Photographs in international magazines and books followed.

International Achievements

Andreas Pöschek get corroborated by photography at achieving the first place in outdoor photography at the 5. Interntional occupation skill-contest Abilympics in Prague 2000. He wons gold as Austrian participant in photography.

His success continued at the 6. International Abilympics in New Delhi in India 2003 when he attained the second place in studio-portrait photography.
